Payment and Insurance

     During your initial phone contact with Dr. Lyden, he will discuss his fees and your specific insurance coverage if you have any.  Payment by cash or check is due at the time of each visit.  Therapy and assessment services are billed by 45-minute session units.

     Most insurances are accepted.  Insurance coverage varies with each plan.  Usually there is a copayment or coinsurance which you  pay at the time of service.  Some plans have an annual deductible.
